You are bidding on a brand new mint in box Vintage Road Rippers Rush and Rescue Fire Truck.  It is sealed in its blister pack which is in mint condition, but obviously after all these years it needs 4 new button batteries.  I have not opened the package or the battery compartment, so I can only assume that it will work fine when the batteries are replaced. However, since I do not want to open the plastic blister pack and check, I must sell it “as is”.
